The Limit Image Upload File Size module allows you to set a limit to the uploaded file size. Any uploaded image/file that has a file size bigger than the defined value will be rejected.
Activating Limit Image Upload File Size Module
In the Admin Optimizer page, click to enable the Limit Image Upload File Size module. Press Save Changes to save the changes.
Configure Upload Limit
- Navigate to Admin Menu → Admin Optimizer → Limit Image Upload Size
- Set the maximum file upload size. The value is in KB. For MB, use 1000 (= 1MB) or 2000 (=2MB) instead.
- Click Save Changes to save the changes.
Testing Image Upload Limit
When an image with file size above the upload limit is added, an error message will show up.
