The “X-Powered-By” HTTP header displays the PHP version powering your website. It allows the hacker to run a targeted attack, exploiting any vulnerabilities (if available) found in your PHP version. This module removes the “X-Powered-By” HTTP header and makes it harder to know which PHP version you are using to power your site.
Activate the Remove Powered By HTTP header Module
In the Admin Optimizer page, click to enable the Remove Powered By HTTP header module. Press Save Changes to save the changes.
No configuration is required for this module to work.
