Really Simple Discovery (RSD) is a publishing convention that exposed your WordPress site and make it discoverable by other software. This module remove the Really Simple Discovery (RSD) link from your site, thereby removing the RSD service.
Activate the Remove RSD Link Module
In the Admin Optimizer page, click to enable the Remove Really Simple Discovery (RSD) Link module. Press Save Changes to save the changes.
No configuration is required for this module to work.
Check if the Remove RSD Link Module is Working
Before activating this module, check the source code (right-click on the web page and click “Inspect”) of your frontend site. In the <head> section, you should see a rsd+xml tag.
